SCOPE OF SERVICE ON RADIATOR RE-CORE & REBUILDING

• DEM Ltd ensures that, Air Cooled Condenser were properly service, repair tube leak, internal/external cleaning and pressure testing.
• U-bend bundles: Like shell & tube bundles but with U-bends on one end. We can service, clean, repair or re-tube them.
• Refurbishment/Re-tube: Units completely re-tube to original specification or higher plates baffle and shell also replaced when required. Work can be undertaken in our works, on-site or on board vessel to meet your requirements.
• Radiator overalls: Radiator overalls involve removal of tanks, re-soldering of tube-plate joints and re-fitting of tanks using new gaskets or soldered joints.
• We also repairs and service all kinds of Industrial Radiator, no matter how big it is.
• DEM Ltd rebuild new radiator tanks and pressure test them using air under water to locate any leaks and general condition of the radiator.
• We can also service separators, finned tube sections and hot water storage tank properly.
• We repair and re-core charge air coolers to suit its operating temperatures.
• We also rebuild Radiators and Heat Exchangers in our company.
